FAQ

How often should I use it?

Most routines use 3 to 5 sessions a week, up to 15 minutes each, and the mask switches off on its own. Sticking with it matters more than long sessions.

When will I see a difference?

Skin renews slowly, so give it 6 to 8 weeks of steady use. Some people notice a calmer, more even look sooner. Results vary from person to person.

Which color should I use?

Red for firmness and fine lines, blue for breakout-prone skin, yellow and green for redness and uneven tone. Cyan, purple and white are there when you want to switch things up.

Is it safe for my eyes?

LED masks don't use UV light. If the light feels too bright, keep your eyes closed during the session. Don't use it if you have a light-sensitive eye condition.

Who shouldn't use it?

Skip it if you're pregnant, have epilepsy or a light-sensitive condition, or take medication that makes your skin sensitive to light. Ask your doctor if you're not sure.

Can I use it with my skincare?

Yes. Use it on clean, dry skin, then apply your serum and moisturizer afterward. Avoid retinoids and exfoliating acids right before a session.

How do I charge it?

The mask has a built-in rechargeable battery. Charge it with the included USB cable; a full charge lasts about six sessions.

How does the 90-day guarantee work?

Use it for up to 90 days after delivery. If you're not happy, email us and we'll refund you in full.
